Cpl. James Sarlo, Continental Army, stops at each Veteran's burial place to give The Salute for the Fallen. Congress established the goal of placing a wreath on each Veterans's grave on a Saturday in December. It was a moving ceremony honoring veterans of all services. As each wreath is placed, the Veteran's name is said out loud in remembrance.
